Hello! I’m Teresa. I have a modern split-level, two-bed flat in a secure development in Acton (W3) with lift access. The living space has a double-height ceiling and west-facing floor-to-ceiling windows, so it’s lovely and light. I live on the upper level and am usually around some afternoons.

The room
A furnished double with wardrobe, desk and chair. There’s space to re-arrange or add a second desk if needed.

The flat
Open-plan kitchen/living room, fast broadband, wooden floors, shared modern bathroom. We’re literally on top of Tesco with buses on the doorstep and Acton Central Overground a 15 min walk away.

Who it suits
A tidy, considerate professional or mature student who wants a calm base in West London.

Terms
£320/week (~£1386 pcm) — all bills included. £100 deposit. Short-lets considered (1-3 months). Female preferred. No couples, pets or smoking. Available 1 Oct 2025. Monday–Friday stays also possible. Happy to offer a discount if you rent for one month.
