I have a large fully furnished double room with a super king bed over looking Central London available for sublet for 3 months (potentially longer).

The property is a two bed new-build flat situated in a lovely part of West London. It benefits from new furniture, a 75” TV with Sky, Netflix, Disney+ Amazon Prime, a fully stocked kitchen including barrister style coffee machine, two balcony’s, two bathrooms (including a full sized bath). And the best part is, the rent includes all bills!

The flat is in a new development in Acton Central - the complex benefits from a Gym, a Lidl, a Starbucks and a Superdrug all within the development. It’s 5 mins walk to Acton Central (Overground), 10 mins walk to Acton Town (Piccadilly & District), 15 mins walk to Acton Mainline (Elizabeth) and 20 mins walk to North Acton (Central). There is also a bus stop right outside which is 10 mins to Shepherds Bush/Westfields.

The area further benefits from the gastro pubs and cafe’s of Churchfield Road as well as a Morrison’s.

You will be sharing with a 40 year old housetrained kiwi guy that is super sociable and enjoys cooking with a glass of wine/beer. As well as a 2 year old Golden Retriever called Truffle (who is less tidy).

You will be a professional in your 20’s of 30’s that has a similar personality - that is clean (but not a Monica from friends). You’ll enjoy having fun and not take life too seriously,

The monthly rent is £1200 inclusive of all bills. There is no deposit payable.
