Sunny single room available in Acton

We are a group of four adults with jobs in graphic design, bartending, acting, and the public sector.

We have a single room available at a great price. The room comes with a bed frame, mattress, bookshelf, a modern desk and a standing closet with plenty of storage space. It's up on the first floor facing west to a quiet street, getting plenty of sunlight throughout the day.

You will share a beautiful modern and recently renovated bathroom with one person on the same floor. The bathroom features a toilet and a nice long bath, plenty of cupboards, a big window, and a good sized mirror with its own light.

This room is available from mid June.

Bills normally come to approx £80-120 a month per person depending on the season.

You will have your own license/agreement for the room.

We are looking for an easy-going housemate who would be interested in a friendly household. We all respect our own space but we do like to hang out in the common areas and outside (if UK weather allows) from time to time. We are currently a fully LGBTQ+ household and would love to welcome someone who is also in the community ◡̈

The house has an extra toilet and shower room on the ground floor (mostly used by the room downstairs), but is also free to use by anyone else.
The kitchen is super big including a dining area with a large table, lots of storage and counter space with many appliances. The living room has 2 sofas and a TV, enough for all to hang out and invite people over. The big garden is connected by the kitchen/living room.
There is central heating and fast WiFi throughout the house.

We are Zone 2/3 and extremely well connected by public transport
- 4 min walk from Acton Main Line (Elizabeth Line at 1 stop from Paddington)
- 15 min walk (or 5 min bus ride) from North Acton (Central Line with night tubes at the weekend)
- 10 min walk from Acton Central (Overground)
- Other excellent bus links to Ealing, Shepherd's Bush and Hammersmith
- Electric bikes/scooters usually readily available in the area

Close to many food shops!
- 5 min walk from Asda, Coop and Sainsbury's
- 15 min walk from Tesco
- 15-20 min walk from a huge Morrisons and Lidl
- 10 min walk from Acton park which is massive, and other small parks, off-licenses, a couple of pubs, charity shops, gyms, etc just in Acton town.
