There is a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher etc. on each floor as well as a large shared laundry room with washing machines and dryers.

Single occupancy is £1100 inclusive per month and double occupancy is £1200 per month inclusive. One month deposit and one month advance rent is required.

The building was completely renovated one year ago so it is in tip-top - modern condition with fast broadband included also.
