Spacious Acton Double Seeking New Flatmate

Hi Spareroom!

We are 3 (soon to be 2) flatmates looking for someone to live in one of our rooms starting December 10th. Our current flatmate is leaving to move in with her partner (boooooo!)

The highlight of the flat (other than your lovely flatmates) is a massive living room, two bathrooms and a huge shared garden. Also the room itself is lovely. It's a sunny, spacious double room with a wardrobe, bed, desk, and bedside table included.

We're also less than a 10 minute walk from both the Elizabeth line and the Overground, in a lovely residential part of Acton! Cute coffee shops, lots of grocery stores (Lidl, Sainsburys, Morrisons and Co-op) close by and a Gym Group if that's your thing.

Hey! I'm Alex, I work in political communications. I love running, football and racquet sports. I'm a sociable, goofy flatmate who likes a trip to the pub and exploring London!

The other bits...

Bills come to about 170 GBP (ish) per month, per person. This will likely increase a bit over the winter. This includes high speed WiFi, council tax (band D), energy and water.

The security deposit is around 807 GBP.

Move-in date is flexible. Our departing flatmate doesn't have a move-in date for her new place yet so there might be some flexibility there... TBC. Latest she will move out is Dec 10.

We're super well connected. You've got 7 Acton tube stations to pick from. We've got Central, Piccadilly, District, Overground, and most importantly the Elizabeth line is a 7-minute walk away (Soho in 25mins)

There are no strict requirements or anything. We're just looking for someone who enjoys a good chat and is a good fit.
