The flat is in excellent condition and has neutral décor. It has a big kitchen with gas hob & electric oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine. The bathroom has a bathtub and a high-power shower.
We have an extra small spare box room, where our friends stay occasionally for a night. We are using it as a study or a storage space based on our needs and agreement. We have a large garden, which we learnt to appreciate more and enjoying it greatly in summer. It is also good for storing bicycles.
There will be 3 people in total living in the flat. We are looking for a flatmate to live with us in our lovely, clean, bright, quiet and pleasant flat.

The flat is in an excellent location for public transport; Stamford Brook and Turnham Green Tube Stations, both a 5-10 minute walk; Shepherd's Bush Central line and buses 94, 207, 266, 272, 260. We are very close to Chiswick High Road and two lovely parks (Ravenscourt Park, and Wendell Park).
The flat was originally unfurnished, but we now fully furnished it so you don't need anything, but can bring your own pieces of furniture if you wish.
We are looking for an easy-going, clean and tidy professional, who likes to mix from time to time and is also respectful of each other privacy. **This is strictly a non-smoking flat**.
We have unlimited, high-speed, optic Virgin Media broadband so working from home was and still is straightforward.
