En-suite room in Acton Central

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our cozy, friendly home in Acton Central! Please note the pics of the room are coming soon

You’ll be taking over from our current flatmate and get one of the en-suite rooms in our 3-bedroom flat.
The contract will start from September 1st, for 1 year or 10 months.

The vibe is friendly, creative, and respectful. We’re not a party house! And we have a cat

On top of rent, bills are around £130 a month.

We’re just 5 min walk to Acton Central Station (Overground) and 15 min to Acton Town (Piccadilly and District lines) and Acton Main Line (Elizabeth line).
Sainsbury’s local & big Morrisons are less than a 10mins walk.

We’re clean and respectful people and we’d like to share with someone who is also clean and respectful. Students are welcome but as this is a joint tenancy you’d have to prove to be able to pay/have a guarantor.
