I am looking for someone to take over my place in an establish group tenancy. The tenancy is with 3 other working professionals in a 4 bedroom flat. If you are interested and pass the standard rental checks the following could be yours:

A medium size single room available between Acton and Sheppards bush. The flat is close to shops and public transport providing good access to central London.

The room comes furnished with a bed, cupboards and clothes rack. The flat has 2 bathrooms one of which you will share with one other tenant. Please see images for reference.

Rent is 850£ per calendar month paid in advance.
Bills are not included. Bills are ~100-110£ each month inclusive of wifi, water, electric and council tax.
