Room in beautiful flat in Acton

My flatmate of 5 years recently left so I’m looking for someone to take over her room from November 1st. We’re having some work done in the bathroom so it’ll be all nice and shiny when you move in.

Rent is 900£, bills not included.
The bills are usually about 150-160£ per month.

The room: a double room, furnished. You have access to a little balcony from your room.

The flat is located near the high street so there are a lot of shops around, 3 supermarkets, a TK Max, gyms, pubs, restaurants, bakeries and a GP next door.

Tube stations nearby:
Acton Town - District and Piccadilly (13 min walk)
Acton Central - Mildmay (10 min walk)
Acton Main Line - Elizabeth line (20 min walk)

I’m looking for someone respectful and clean. We don’t have to be best friend but since it’s just the two of us in the flat I’d like someone trustworthy and friendly. I’ve taken care of this place these last 5 years, I like to decorate for Christmas and make it feel like home. it’s beautiful flat with a lot of light, so you’ll love living here!

I only have 2 non-negotiable :
- Someone who clean after themselves: no mess in the common area, you don’t leave your dishes in the sink for days…

- No man staying over at night: I’d feel incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe having a man I don’t know in my space.
