Large gorgeous house, own bathroom + balcony

I’m Kamila and I am looking for a roommate to join me in this gorgeous house in west London. Feel free to ping me any questions :)

The house: It’s a large, beautifully maintained house with a driveway, garden, living room, and kitchen/dining room. It is a 3 bed, 3.5 bathroom house (.5 is the guest toilet downstairs), meaning you have your own private bathroom as well as your own private balcony to yourself. There is also a spare room on the top floor which acts as a sort of second living room / office / creative space. It’s owned by a private landlord so you’d be subletting the room from her + signing a lodger agreement as opposed to a tenancy.

Me: I live in the house with my cat Luna. She is an outdoor cat meaning she doesn’t use a litter box & is super low maintenance / doesn’t cause any drama like chewing wires or whatever indoor cats tend to do. She is very demanding of cuddles though! I work in Production so my work schedule is totally inconsistent - there are times when I am home 24/7, and times when I barely see the house for weeks on end. Ideally my new roommate would be similar, and not someone who is ALWAYS home or ALWAYS gone. You’re welcome to use the kitchen / living room / garden as your own; however ideally you’re not someone who spends hours in the kitchen each day. Nor are you someone who goes to sleep super early every day.

Area: The neighbourhood is absolutely amazing, with unmatched transport links across London and beyond, an incredible community of neighbours, every single amenity you could possibly need within walking distance (including loads of gyms!), and the option of total privacy whenever you need / want it. It’s a safe, pretty area, and a total joy to live in.

Roommate: LGBTQIA+ friendly house. I’m looking for a roommate who is chill but extremely clean, communicative, and pleasant to be around. I’d love to make a new friend to watch films, make dinner, or even have a drink at the pub with; however I also really love my own space a lot of the time too. Although it’s pretty relaxed at the house, it is very much a sanctuary, so guests are kept minimal - one or two friends at a time to hang is cool, but afters / regular hosting is def not the vibe. It’d be great if we could treat the house very much like a shared responsibility - splitting things like cleaning products, chores, and errands naturally without the need for a ‘chore chart’ or constant reminders of things like bins or the dishwasher… basically, we’re both sexy adults who wanna live in a lovely, pleasant home, so we both treat it as such. :)
