1-3 MONTH let ONLY lovely double room

Hello!

I am renting out the second bedroom in my 2 bedroom flat on a short term let basis (Mon-Fri let considered also). The room is a good sized double, comes with a day bed that can be pulled out into a king bed with a double built in wardrobe.

About me - I'm Cath, 36 super chilled and down to earth. I like the flat to be tidy but I'm not a neat freak by any means. I would like you to treat the flat like your home.

I am also absolutely shocking at taking pics so that add pics don't really do it justice!

Ideally looking for someone in their 30’s who is laid back and calm however enjoys the odd movie night, glass of vino and chat!

I will also consider extending the period for 6 months maximum.
