Lovely room available - short or long-term let

I'm looking for a friendly, easygoing lodger to share my home. The room is nicely decorated and comes with a comfy double bed with a memory foam topper, a three-door wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves, and a small desk & chair-great if you work or study from home.

The flat has a new kitchen and a cozy lounge with a dining area (where I sometimes work from home). It's in a quiet, green area, just 5 minutes walk from Anerley Overground and a 10-minute bus ride to Crystal Palace, which has great cafés, pubs, and parks.

Bills and a bi-weekly cleaner included, so no extra costs to worry about.

I have two friendly indoor cats who love company, so you'll need to be comfortable sharing the space with them!
