I'm looking for a female lodger for a short term let. Room available from 17 aug - mid/end end September. Lovely decorated room with new furniture Inc. mattress with memory foam topper, chest of drawers, 3 door wardrobe and a small desk & chair.
New kitchen. Nice lounge with dining area (I WFH from here).
5 min walk to Anerley overground (Google shows a longer route than reality!) 10 mins on bus to crystal palace.
Bills and weekly cleaner included.
I have two very nosey and friendly indoor only cats so you must be okay with hanging out with them!
Would love someone clean and tidy and fairly quiet.
I'm 37, a designer and very crafty and creative. I love embroidery, live gigs and am partial to a decent margarita!
