A unique place for a man to call home

I genuinely believe that the people and environment we surround ourselves with have a huge impact on our growth, happiness and success in life. That’s why I’ve created a home that is peaceful, positive and focused on personal growth.

I’ve had to rebuild my life a few times, and the last time was three years ago, following the end of a 14-year marriage. We decided to go our separate ways with mutual respect, and we still admire each other today. That experience taught me a lot about life, relationships, resilience and the importance of becoming comfortable with change and starting again.

I’m looking for someone who shares similar values and ambitions someone who wants to stay in great shape, train, learn, build, travel, exchange ideas and keep growing.

I’m passionate about fitness, personal development, business, relationships and life. I worked as a Personal Trainer in Mayfair for eight years and have trained in personal coaching and NLP. I’ve also read hundreds of books on self-development and spent many years studying psychology, relationships and personal growth.

I’m currently setting up my own private gym in the garden, so if you’re into training or martial arts, there’s a great opportunity for us to train together, share ideas and motivate each other.

The idea isn’t simply to have someone paying rent and living in the spare room. I’d like to create a home where two like-minded men can enjoy each other’s company, have a laugh, exchange ideas and help each other become better versions of ourselves.

At the same time, your privacy and independence are important. We’re both adults with our own lives, friends and relationships. You’ll be completely comfortable bringing dates over and enjoying your own space.

The bedroom

The room is spacious, quiet and extremely comfortable, with everything you need to feel at home.

It has a projector for movie nights, a comfortable bed and mattress, a sofa and loads of storage space.

The house & location

The house is in a peaceful cul-de-sac with a friendly neighbourhood atmosphere. Many of the neighbours have known each other for years, and it’s lovely waking up to birds rather than traffic and sirens.

There are convenient transport links, with buses towards Croydon and Brixton, plus Overground connections into central London. Tesco and several beautiful parks are also nearby.

Ultimately, this is more than just renting a room. It’s about finding the right person to share a great home and a positive environment with.
