The house has been renovated and thoughtfully furnished to create a comfortable, calm home.

You’ll have full use of:

• Private garden/patio
• Covered outdoor seating area

The living room opens directly onto the covered outdoor area, giving the house a lovely indoor/outdoor feel.

It’s a great spot for morning coffee, reading, working on your laptop or simply relaxing after work.

A HOME, NOT A CROWDED HOUSE SHARE

This is probably the biggest difference.

You won’t be sharing a kitchen and bathroom with five or six strangers.

There will only be two people living in the house.

I’m friendly and easy-going, but I also have my own life and completely respect your privacy and personal space.

You can socialise when you feel like it and disappear into your own space when you don’t.

I’m looking for someone who treats the property as their home and appreciates living somewhere clean, peaceful and well looked after.

QUIET LOCATION, GOOD CONNECTIONS

The house is in a peaceful residential cul-de-sac in SE20, with long-standing neighbours and very little passing traffic.

There are good transport connections towards Central London, Crystal Palace, Croydon and Brixton, as well as supermarkets, shops and some beautiful parks nearby.

It gives you the convenience of London without feeling like you’re living in the middle of the noise.

Ideally, one clean, considerate working professional looking for a comfortable longer-term home.

Someone independent, friendly and respectful who appreciates a tidy house and a peaceful atmosphere would be a great fit.
