Spacious 2-bedroom flat 5 mins from Anerley Stn

Hello! I have a whole two bedroom flat available from 1st June - 30th September. I am keen to find someone that can take the whole flat for this duration.

The smaller bedroom includes a huge built in wardrobe with shelves for storage and two hanging rails. There is also a smaller separate storage cupboard. The bedroom is furnished with a bed and mattress. The view outside the bedroom is of trees so it’s super relaxing.

The larger bedroom has two wardobes, with a luxury king size bed (with storage underneath) and a 1-year old mattress, which is provided as part of the room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine, air fryer, pots and pans, cutlery and crockery. You’re more than welcome to bring your own stuff. There is ample storage and the kitchen is big enough for a few people to cook/ use the space at the same time. It’s really bright and airy and one of my favourite rooms.

The living room is a cosy space with tv, sofa and small dining table. The balcony (with two garden chairs) is accessible this way.

The flat is located a 5-minute walk from Anerley Station, and you’ll have direct links to Whitechapel and London Bridge in around 30 minutes. Right across the street is Betts Park, a lovely green space with a great kids playground, a basketball court, shady spots for reading, and sunny patches perfect for lounging.

Crystal Palace is a 10-minute bus ride away which has lots of independent shops, vintage boutiques, and cosy cafés. Penge high street is a 12 minute walk away. The nearest supermarket is Aldi, 5 mins away.

A bit about me - I’m a professional project manager, and am going travelling in the summer for a few months so need someone professional and clean to look after the flat.
