Double room available in SE20-great transportation

Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmate is moving back to hometown . The flat is really nice, so I’d love to stay and find someone to share it with 😊

📍 Location – SE20
Not super central, but transport is very convenient:
• 2 mins walk to bus stop
• 3 mins walk to the Overground station
• Several train stations nearby
• Around 40–45 minutes to central London

Shops within 10 minutes’ walk: Aldi, Tesco, Asda, etc.

🏠 The flat
• 2-bedroom flat
• You’ll have the smaller bedroom, I’m currently in the larger one
• Fully furnished, lots of storage (my flatmate will leave most things behind so you don’t need to buy anything )
• You can move in any time after 30 Jan
• Latest move-in date: 25 Feb (end of current tenancy)
• After that, we can renew for 6 months or 1 year (flexible)

💷 Rent & bills
• Total rent: £1675 per month (excluding bills & council tax)
• Landlord allows monthly payments
• I’m happy to pay a bit more for the larger room – we can discuss and agree
• Bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax) are split fairly
• Based on the last 6 months, total monthly cost per person has been under £1000

Very responsible and easy to contact – always helpful if there’s any issue.

• Just graduated and started PSW
• Clean, tidy, and easy-going
• I work during the day on weekdays

🧹 flatmate expectations
• Basic cleanliness and shared chores (e. g. taking out rubbish)
• Not overly strict, just don’t be messy
• Prefer someone considerate and respectful. Like don’t make big noise after 11pm.
