Double room in newly renovated flat

We have a double room available in our flatshare in Archway. The flat has just been refurbished and has a beautiful modern eat-in kitchen and bathroom.

The flat has two huge balconies on each side of the building which are great for all day sunshine.

We are a 3 minute walk from Archway tube (zone 2) and less than 10 minutes from Hampstead Heath. Waterlow Park and Highgage village are just up the hill.

It is a very friendly household and there are three other housemates, Brendan who is Irish and works in media and publishing, James who is teaching maths at secondary school and our newest housemate Tania.

Bills are shared between four so are quite cheap and there is a cleaner once every two weeks that is included in the rent.
