Sadly my lovely flatmate is moving out and so i'm looking for someone to take over 12 month tenancy contract for the double room in a two-bedroom flat in Archway/Upper Holloway. (5min walk to Northen line)
The flat includes a spacious living room, 1 bathroom, and spacious kitchen and sociable cat called Peaches!
I work from home Monday and Fridays, so ideally would want someone who can work from home the other days. Looking for someone who wants to make a home of the flat!

Doesn't mind cats
Primarily works out of house at office.
Clean and tidy
