James owns the property and it’s his main base and Mary lives and works between here and Manchester. Both of us may be here sometimes and sometimes you’d have the whole place to yourself for a while it depends on the month. We both go away for significant periods on and off so it’s quite nice that you can have the space to yourself.

Looking for a conscientious person who cleans up after themselves and has a good sense of humour and is generally a relaxed person to live with. No OCD! 😁. For a couple the rent would go up to £1800

Large tv and comfy sofas in living room and lights that magically turn on when you walk down corridors. Exciting stuff.
