Huge room with small desk to write large novel.

I have a huge spare room that is basically unused. I suspect this is why it's called spare. It's a fairly unusual building.

There's one bathroom and lots of places to work. An outdoor space, a hammock, two Clematiss that shan't make it through the winter, high ceilings and huge windows.

Bills are electricity, cleaner, gas, water & broadband. I'm there a lot and then I'm not there a lot.

Couples; big room; might suit a couple but, then again, only one bathroom at present so bear that in mind. Chatty-G tells me I should charge 30% more for a couple. So - hang on - say 1450 for a couple.

Um. Not sure about council tax band; I can't remember it.

Oh the flat is in Zone 2.
