Cosy Single Room in Archway

I’m an academic in the arts and humanities looking for new housemates to join our lovely three-bedroom maisonette in Archway.

The house has a sunny, south-facing living room that opens onto a private garden (with a large shed for extra storage), a spacious, modern kitchen. On the first floor, there are two single rooms (about the same size, unfurnished with built-in wardrobes), a double room, and a shared bathroom. The current photo of the single room shows a double bed, which makes it look a little tight. Replacing it with a single bed would create a much more comfortable amount of space.

We’re in a fantastic location — just 5-minute walk to Archway Station (Northern Line, Zone 2) and 7 minutes to Upper Holloway Overground. Nearby, you’ll find beautiful green spaces like Waterlow Park, Highgate, and Hampstead Heath, along with plenty of gyms, cafés, pubs, and shops within easy walking distance.

I have a fluffy kitten of two months, so you must be a cat lover!
I’m looking for female and/or LGBTQ+ professionals or mature students who appreciate a friendly, respectful, and relaxed home environment. Rent is negotiable £800 per month plus bills (heating/hot water bill included within rent).
