Single Room in Archway

This single room fifteen minutes from archway station will be available in December preferably for a student to take.
The flat is currently shared between myself (I work in a cafe), Laura (who works in retail) and Sumin (who is a student). Rent is £650pcm and bills come to around £60pcm. Council tax band C, £115 if two people are paying and £90 if one person is paying depending on how many students are in the flat.
The room is small and comes with a large closet in the hallway for extra storage like shoes and coats (picture included) and that is reserved for the tenant of this room.
The flat itself is a lovely 1930s apartment with original art deco features in the bathroom and kitchen. Archway station is a 15 minute walk, Highgate is 30 and Crouch End where there are lots of shops and cafes is 20 minutes. It’s also 2 minutes away from a restaurant a bakery and a shop.
