Large double room in Archway

I am sadly moving out of this lovely house in Archway and so am looking for someone to take on this large double room, which includes a large desk and floor space (plus wardrobe, chest of drawers, and shelves). There is a large kitchen-diner which is a great hangout space and a big garden. We have one bathroom with shower/bath and another separate toilet downstairs. There is no dishwasher.

You would be sharing with three lovely girls in their mid-twenties. We all get along really well and like to go for walks/coffees together but also happy to do our own thing. We’re a mix of wfh and in-office. We like the pub, going to the gym, cooking, theatre and enjoying london life! Looking for someone that is respectful and clean but also loves a yap at dinner time.

We’re 10mins from the Northern line which is super quick to get into central, and the Suffragette line isn’t far away either. Lots of good bus links. Closest shops are ALDI, Sainsbury’s, Co-op, M&S.

Viewings will be on Sat 3rd and/or Sun 4th Oct in the morning. Tenants need to be in full-time employment.
