Bright, supersized double room in a newly refurbished duplex mews house in Archway (2 mins to Northern Line). We’re Giorgio and Anand, two professionals looking for a friendly, tidy housemate to share our home and garden.

A bit about the setup:
The house is tucked away in a super quiet, pretty Mews, but you’re literally less than a 2-minute walk from Archway station (Northern Line), plus M&S and local spots are right around the corner. If you like green spaces, Dartmouth Park and Hampstead Heath are basically our back garden.

Inside, it’s got a warm, newly-refurbished double glazed, airy feel - wooden floor upstairs, a lovely living room with bamboo floors, and a big kitchen with a proper 6-seater dining table. There are two bathrooms - one modern full bath and a separate walk-in shower room - so there’s zero morning traffic.
We have a big private garden and patio with an outdoor table and comfy chairs (definitely planning some barbecues and sunny morning coffees out there), plus access to a green communal garden.
Your room is the biggest room of the house (4.3x3.3m), bright double with plenty of space to relax and make it your own.

A bit about us:
We’re Giorgio and Anand, 28 and 29. Giorgio is an Italian building engineer while Anand is an Indian architect. We met at work three years ago, became close friends, and have been living together before our gap year from London.
We are friendly and sporty - into running, gym, and cycling around London. Loving good food, art, music, a decent glass of wine now and then, and hunting down good weekend croissants.
We both have our own busy routines, work lives and social circles, but really enjoy catching up at the end of the day, sharing a meal, or having a laugh in the garden.

What we’re looking for:
We’d love to live with someone who wants a genuine home. We aren’t a party-house (though having friends over for dinner/drinks is always welcome now and then).
If you’re easy-going, naturally tidy, considerate, and up for the odd spontaneous dinner, chat, or Sunday gym/coffee, you’ll fit right in.

The practical bits:

• Rent: £1,300 / month
• Deposit: £1,000 (protected by the deposit scheme)
• Bills: Around £100–£150 in total per person. (CT: Band E)
• Available from: Now

The property is owned by a private landlady. As part of the arrangement, we’re supporting her with some pro bono architectural/interior advice to help make the space even nicer to live in.
