The Property:
You will be sharing a well maintained, clean 2-bedroom flat. Bedroom has large fitted wardrobe. An open-plan kitchen, 1-bathroom (walk-in shower) and a large welcoming living room. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, Fridge Freezer and cooker/oven etc. A private outside Patio space (If you are a smoker, this would be accepted for this OUTSIDE SPACE ONLY). Would need to bring your own TV for bedroom, TV in living room.

Preferably 3 month - 1yr Let, (with one month notice either side - tenant/landlord), but open to short-term let:

£310 - per week
£1,200 - per month

Flatmate:
You will be sharing with an easy-going professional female that works from home sometimes and travels. Looking for a female preferably (but not limited to), clean, tidy, and respectful of the home kind of attitude. Who may enjoy a general chat over a cup of tea or a glass of wine, but also respects each other's space / downtime.

7-10 minute walk to Archway Station
10 min on bus to Crouch End
10-15 minutes on bus to Finsbury Park
2 minutes to the nearest bus stop in both directions
3-5 minutes walk to really good local shops in all directions

GAIL's Bakery, Starbucks, M&S, Sainsburys, Co-op, Aldi, Take Away/Restaurants and more in Archway.
Tesco's, Sainsburys, Organic shops and a strip of restaurants / take aways etc. on Stroud Green Road, towards Crouch End and Finsbury Park.
