I’m offering my fully furnished double bedroom for a short-term sublet from 16 January to 12 February only.

I’m a doctor working at Whittington Hospital, and I take pride in keeping the flat clean, tidy, and comfortable. The flat is on the first floor and is ideal for someone looking for a clean, well-equipped place to stay for a short period.

🛏️ Bedroom

- Fully furnished double bedroom with a comfortable bed, pillows, duvet, and pillow covers.
- Two cupboards for storage and a chair.
- The room is currently occupied, but it will be completely emptied and thoroughly cleaned before you move in.
- All shelves and cupboards will be cleaned, and all bedding, including the duvet and pillow covers, will be freshly washed.
- The room will be clean, tidy, and ready for you to move in.

🍳 Kitchen access

- Full access to the shared kitchen and kitchen utensils.
- Oven, microwave, air fryer, and kettle available.
- Dedicated space in the fridge for your groceries.
- Sufficient kitchen storage space will be provided for your essentials.

🚿 Bathroom and laundry

- Access to the shared shower and toilet.
- Dedicated space to keep your toiletries and personal bathroom essentials.
- Washing machine and tumble dryer available, especially useful during the winter months.

🏠 Flat arrangements and privacy

- I will be living in the other bedroom during the sublet period.
- The flat has a third, small single bedroom, which is not available for living in or general access. However, you may use it to store extra luggage if needed, by arrangement.
- Your accommodation includes the double bedroom, shared kitchen, and shared shower and toilet facilities.

✨ Cleanliness and comfort are a priority. Everything in the room will be cleaned and prepared before your arrival, so you can settle in comfortably.
