We are renting out an en-suite bedroom in our 5 bedroom house.
The room has a kitchenette (sink, fridge and storage), and en-suite shower and toilet.
There is a single bed, but can be pulled out to a double. There is also a smart TV, and foldaway desk.
We are a family of 5 (2 adults 3 children, aged 11 and 9, and 3) The house has a reasonable sized garden.
When enquiring, please give a brief description of yourself - as we are a family renting out a room, we would like to know a little more about you.
No couples please and due to family dynamics, we prefer a female.
