Double Room in Spacious Flat in Balham

Hi! We’re two girlies looking for another like minded individual to move into this gorge 3 bedroom flat in Balham from October.

It's a 5 min walk from Balham Station (Northern line and National Rail). Sainsburys and Aldi are also a short walk away and you're round the corner from the Bedford pub, amazing brunch spots and a gorgeous little Italian at the end of the road.

There's 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and dining area, a spacious living room and bright double bedrooms. We have a shared garden with the flat downstairs which is really big and catches the sun all day in the summer. Great for lil garden parties, sunbathing and outdoor yoga sessions.

It is on a 12month contract (until October 2026 - potential to renew) and bills are separate, we are in Wandsworth council and bills total usually come to ~£110 pcm.

About us:
Amy & Emily, two single girlies working in the city. We work a hybrid of at home and in the office. We’re both super chilled, wholesome & respectable but do love to go out on the weekends and have the odd gathering. We love a lil dinner party, a painting party, a tarot evening and watching films together on a Sunday evening.

I'm 30 and work in Data. I’m very much a balance of wholesome and fun, I’m a big hippie and love meditation, yoga, live music & festivals. Catch me in the week journaling with my incense or at the gym, then on the weekend probs being silly after a few too many wines or at a gig.

I’m 28, a vegan, working as an influencer and content manager, passions include reading, creative writing, running, painting, socialising with friends and partial to a glass of wine and a boogie. You’ll usually find me dressed head to toe in pink!
