Single bed room in 5 bed family house £750/ month

We are renting a single room in our 5 room house in Clapham South (zone 2).

You will be sharing the house with our family, and potentially another tenant in a "nanny flat".

The rooms is small, but has a decent size cupboard, and drawers under the bed. We also have a big loft where you can store things like your luggage, or things that are out of season. The room has a folding desk, as shown on the photos.

You'll have access to your own shower in the downstairs bathroom, but this has a toilet that is usually also used by our girls/occasional guests during the day.

The house has a garden, double reception room, 2 bathrooms (1 with a bath shower, one with a shower), fully fitted kitchen, shed storage).

The house is on a residential street, 12 minutes walk from Balham/ Streatham and Clapham Junction.

As you can see, there is a good sized garden, with side return for bike access.
