The double bedroom is in a very pleasant three bedroom first floor maisonette just moments away from the Balham tube/rail stations and all the amenities and shops of Balham.

The flat which has been well redecorated has a large kitchen with dining table and a separate living room. It also has a small garden.

You will be sharing with a couple who are non-scene gay men who are into physical activities including cycling, swimming and walking.

Monthly rental includes bills and a weekly cleaner.

Please note, this is a short term let only up until the end of September.
