New housemate wanted for lovely Balham flat

We are looking for a new housemate to replace our current one who is sadly (for us) moving in with her boyfriend.

Rent: £880 per month
Bills: not included but on average £100-120 per month (internet, water, gas, council tax band D)
Available: move in date is flexible but from 20th Sept onwards, can also be October as there is some flexibility.
Contract: joining our current rent agreement which is until April 2027

- Double room available in our large 3 bed flat in Balham.
- Built in wardrobe
- Open kitchen and lounge area
- Shared bathroom
- Plenty of storage space around the flat

Location 📍
- The flat is about a 5 minute walk to Tube (Northern Line) and Train (Southern Rail)
- 5 minute walk to lots of pubs, restaurants, brunch spots
- 5 minute walk to Tooting Common and also close to Wandsworth common
- Really close to Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Aldi (as well as Co-op and Costcutter for emergencies)
- Parking permits available for the street

Flatmates 👭
- Karen and Nicola
- 2 flatmates in our 30s, lived in Balham for several years
- We respect each other’s space and have our own social lives but would also like someone who enjoys socialising at the pub
- We are mostly low key during the week and often spend our time watching TV and having a glass of wine
