We are looking for 2 people to move into our lovely 3 bed flat in Balham. You will be living with myself, aged 27, and work a mix of WFH & in the office.

The flat is a really nice, sociable space and we are looking for girls who are super clean and tidy and want to make the space a home. We ideally want people who are fun and chatty, so we can all enjoy spending time together in the flat as well as having our own lives/respecting each others space 😊

About the flat 🏠:
- 1st floor flat with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big communal living room/kitchen space with lots of natural light, & a balcony out the front (great for golden hour!)
- Room 1: a double room which comes furnished. It currently has space for a small desk but is not ideal for a large WFH set up, or for someone who works remotely.
- Room 2: a more spacious double room, also comes furnished (no desk) and has built in cupboard space.

The flat is in a perfect location 📍-
🚝 4 min walk to Balham station (Northern Line & National Rail).
🛍️ 2 min walk to Balham High Road for multiple buses, shopping, & amenities.
🛒 1 min walk to big Sainsbury’s (huge plus!)
🍷Lots of pubs/restaurants/coffee shops nearby.
🌳Close to Tooting Common for nice walk/run routes.
