Spacious Furnished Double Room w/ Private Bathroom

Hi hi,
We have a good-sized double room available in our ground-floor flat. You’d have your own bathroom (heated floors, which is a nice touch), and the room comes furnished with a king-size bed, loads of fitted storage (an amazing fitted wardrobe), bedside lamps, and even a projector screen with in-built speakers and connection for amplifier (proper cinema!). The room’s pretty bright and it’s on a quiet street.

The flat’s got a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room with a comfy sofa to hang out on, and a water softener system (good news if you care about your hair). Outdoors there’s a big garden with flowers, a hammock, bike storage, and a shed.

You’d be sharing with two friendly professional women. We are quite sociable, enjoy the occasional drinks and movie nights. Also into sports, specially running and golf. The vibe around here is pretty relaxed but friendly.

Balham is great, loads of shops, cafes, gyms and nightlife nearby. The Common is just 5 mins away for runs or just getting outside and leisure centre. Also, a massive Sainsbury’, Waitrose, and TK Maxx within easy reach.

Bills are not included to the rent.
