It's a ground-floor property with a private garden, spacious living areas and a brilliant location close to Balham station and Tooting Bec Common.

I'll be moving with Luna, my lovely chocolate spaniel, so you'll need to be dog-friendly!

I'm into padel, football, good food, exploring London and meeting new people. I'm looking for someone ideally in their 30s or 40s who's independent, considerate, tidy and enjoys a friendly, relaxed home.
