We’re a friendly, professional couple aged 28 looking for a considerate, clean and respectful housemate to share our flat in the Balham / Clapham South area.

We’re both busy with work, with one of us in the office full-time and the other three days a week. We’re sociable and enjoy a chat, but equally value our own space and a relaxed home environment. We’re looking for someone who feels the same and would enjoy living in a friendly, peaceful flat.
