Looking for someone to take over my double room in a lovely, social house in Balham! We’ve been here for over a year now, it’s a great location, close to everything you need!

The Housemates

You’ll be living with three Aussies aged 22–26 (two guys and one girl). We’re all really good friends as well as housemates and love spending time together, whether that’s having a pub night, cooking dinner or just hanging out at home. It’s a super friendly, social house, but we’re also respectful of each other’s space.

Rent & Details

* £913 per month + bills

* £975 deposit

* Move in 1st December

* Lease takeover with a straightforward name change process and no fees

* Minimum salary of £31k per annum required
