Description
Hi everyone!
There is one room available in this gorg 4 bed house in Balham SW12 from December 8th.
🏠 The house has a fully furnished open plan kitchen, living and dining room, as well as an outdoor patio. Also included is a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
Rent is £1210 and bills are not included - roughly about £100pm. Deposit for the room is £1375.
- Double bedroom
- Built in closet
- Underbed storage
- Own bathroom opposite the room with shower/bathtub and toilet
You will need to pass referencing with the private landlord - proof of salary, proof of ability to rent in UK, reference, etc. Landlord is very responsive to any issues that arise.
You’ll be living with myself, Gabi and Orlagh 🤗 We are in our mid-20s to 30 and would be looking for someone of a similar age who is friendly, clean and respectful. No fuss on WFH either. No couples or students, sorry.
🚊 The house is on a quiet street between Clapham South and Balham stations (about a 10 min walk to either), with easy access to both Northern Line and National Rail services.
If you’re interested, please send us a message with some info about yourself and we can arrange a viewing.
