Description
Beautiful double room available in a tidy and spacious house which stretches across three floors.
🚂 5-10 min walk to Clapham South & Balham Station
🌳 5-10 min walk to Clapham & Tooting Common
Housemates are great, really friendly and very easy going. Both enjoy going to gym and running, socialising as a house and with friends, and having chilled nights in watching tv shows and chatting. We also have a charming house cat (see photos). It’s a lovely home to live in and I’m so sad to be leaving!
Looking for a friendly and respectful professional (females only please).
If you think you’d be a good fit, please send us a message - and include a bit about yourself as we will no doubt get a lot of interest.
Bills amount to roughly £150 per month including a cleaner every two weeks.
