I'm offering 1 furnished double bedroom located in a highly sort after area of Balham. Under a 10min walk to either Clapham South Tube Station or Balham Train/Tube Station & the G1 Bus is directly across the road.

You'd be sharing the flat with me. So there will only be 2 of us living here.

I'm looking for a mature professional female over 35yrs old who works a 9-5 job. I won't accept anyone who needs to work from home on a regular basis.

I'm looking for someone who's extremely
clean, especially in the shared communal areas, which are the kitchen & bathroom, and who's also quiet in these areas, (for example, not having conversations on the phone or playing music), When I'm at home.

There is no shared Living Room.

I'd like someone who's looking for a place to relax and call home after a hard days work from Monday to Friday.

The room and shared areas of the flat are offered as seen.
