Furnished room with double bed located in a highly sort after area of Balham. Under a 10min walk to either Clapham South Tube or Balham Train/Tube Station & there's a Bus across the road. You'd only be sharing with one other person, me.

I'm looking for someone who's very
clean and tidy regarding the shared areas, which are the Kitchen and Bathroom.

I'm hoping to find a mature working professional who's relatively
quiet and not looking for a
party flat, including those only
wanting a room during week days at a lower price per month.

This room would be perfect for someone who wants the privacy of living alone, without the high cost of their own flat.
