We are looking for a flatmate who would like to move into a single room in our flat in Balham.
The flat is a 10 minute walk to both the tube and rail stations. Balham is on the Northern Line and National Rail overground line with trains to Victoria and London Bridge.
The room comes with a single bed, wardrobe and bedside table. The room is small but cosy. Storage space is quite limited. The rest of the flat has a kitchen and small living area with a sofa and TV, bathroom with shower/bath. Street parking is available.
The deposit is £495. Rent is £495 each month. We split the bills three ways and it comes to about £120 per person each month.
There are currently 2 housemates - Bridget and Nick. They both work in finance and work normal office hours. The flat is 'burbs rather than party central. We are looking for a clean, tidy, friendly and respectful flatmate.
