Small dbl in all inc spacious garden flat Balham

Hi, we have a small double room available and we're hoping to find a friendly, tidy professional female for our lovely furnished garden flat share. Sorry but the room is not big enough to accommodate a desk so we'd prefer it if you didn't need to wfh.
Current flatmates work in the arts and heritage field and NHS. It's not a "party" flat but is very easy going, relaxed and flatmates tend to do their own thing when not sitting around the kitchen table or watching tv in the sitting room.
There's a garden and the common is at the end of the road.
Balham is full of cafes, shops, pubs and has an Aldi, Sainsbury's and Waitrose.
Transport links are good with the Northern line and fast overland trains to Victoria and elsewhere.
