Double room+en suite for professionals

Available from mid-October, a double room plus ensuite in this two bedroom, two bathroom flat with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, with double volume ceiling. There is a washer dryer and wine fridge in the kitchen. The flat is located on the first and second floor of a converted terrace on a very quiet one way street. Our downstairs neighbour is a lovely elderly lady.

The room to rent has an ensuite, with a bathtub and shower. It has a king size bed with storage built into the base. There is a large bookshelf, built in cupboards and shelves for storage. The room has a juliet balcony which overlooks our neighbour’s courtyard.

The flat is half-way between Hammersmith and Barons Court tube stations - each direction is just over 5min walk. It’s a short walk to the Thames river path where you can find many pubs and restaurants - popular during the summer.

At the Hammersmith tube station there is a Tesco metro. There is also a Waitrose, Sainsbury and another Tesco 8 minutes walk from the flat along Fulham Palace Road.

Females preferred as your flat mate is a lady. Zuzana is an HR professional and has lived in London for several years. She works mostly in the office. Zuzana has a small dog (see pic) and so no further pets are permitted in the property.

I’m looking for someone clean, tidy and will take good care of the flat, who is respectful and easy to get along with the other current tenant . The bills (water, power, council tax (band D), wifi, cleaner) are not included in the rent and will be split between tenants, the new tenant will need to share the bills with the existing tenant, also taking into account how much time you intend to work from home/not. Bills are £200-250 pm per person.

Our landlord will require a reference, your employment details and authority to do a credit check.
