Best Flat in Hammersmith - double room + en suite

Hi! The property is a two bedroom, two bathroom flat with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The living area has a double height ceiling with two large skylights so the space is always filled with light. There is a washer dryer and wine fridge in the kitchen. The flat is located on the first and second floor of a converted terrace on a very quiet one way street. Our downstairs neighbour is a lovely elderly lady.

The room to rent has an ensuite, with a bathtub and shower. It has a king size bed with storage built into the base. There is a large bookshelf, built in cupboards and shelves for storage. The room has a juliet balcony which overlooks our neighbour’s courtyard.

We’re half way between Hammersmith and Barons Court tube stations - each direction is just over 5 minutes walk. It’s a short walk to the Thames river path where you can find many pubs and restaurants. It’s particularly popular during the summer.

At the Hammersmith tube station there is a Tesco metro. There is also a Waitrose, Sainsbury and another Tesco eight minutes walk from the flat along Fulham Palace Road.

Your flat mate will be, Zuzana. She is an HR professional and has lived in London for several years - always in the Hammersmith and Fulham area. She occasionally works from home but is mostly in the office.

I’m looking for someone clean, tidy and will take good care of the flat, who is respectful and easy to get along with the other current tenant . The bills (water, power, council tax (band D), wifi, cleaner) are not included in the rent and will be split between tenants, taking into account how much time you intend to work from home/not. Bills are approx £190 pm per person.
