Looking for a new housemate

Hey, sadly we are saying goodbye to our wonderful housemate Fran who is leaving London to start her next chapter.

We are looking for someone who is clean, considerate and friendly. We would like someone who is looking for a house they can call home too. We want someone who is a team player and to bring their personality to the house. We would like you to be more than just a housemate, hopefully a friend too <3
Ps: if you are great with catching spiders please say!! ☺️

Ideally, we would like someone who works full time out of the house or is a hybrid worker. There's plenty of space to work downstairs. ☺️

The house; it is a 3 story terrace house with 3 bedrooms, including your very own bathroom, plus an additional downstairs loo. There is a large living room/ dining area to host dinner parties perfect for entertaining family and friends. Towards the back of the house is a very large kitchen area with more seating area that backs onto the courtyard garden. The garden does capture most of the lovely sunshine when it makes an appearance. If you have a car, there is usually a parking spot on the street and the parking permit can be organised through Hammersmith & Fulham Council.

The housemates -
Chrystyna - I am 30 and have become the resident plant mum, don't be surprised if you get back home and there is another plant joining our jungle. I work for the Civil Service, so I am in the office two days of the week. I enjoy socialising, gardening, walking and running and going to the occasional pub quiz (feel free to join me ❤ ).

Natalie - I am 28 working in the NHS. I work full time in the office so you won't see me til the evenings most likely. I too am a fellow plant mum. In my spare time, I do pilates and read as much as I can. I moved to London almost a year ago from Bath after travelling around central America for 6 months.

Amenities; Barons Court is a 10 min walk away and Hammersmith is a 15 min walk. Supermarkets including, Tesco express, Waitrose and Sainsburys are round the corner with Lidl nearby in Hammersmith.

All bills are included - please note this may increase due to energy bills going up in the Autumn/ Winter months.

No pets, smokers or druggies please.
