Lovely double room in W6 avail end of Dec 2026

Hallo

I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in this lovely two-bedroom flat in Barons Court. The room will be available from 30th December 2026. Please note that bills are not included in the rent. Council tax band C.

The room comes with a double bed with under-bed storage and a large wardrobe. Please note that the photos in the advert were taken before the double bed was purchased. There is one shared bathroom with a shower.

The flat is located within a 10–15-minute walk of both Barons Court and West Kensington tube stations, with local bus routes nearby. There are several supermarkets, as well as plenty of lovely local pubs and restaurants, all within easy reach.

The area is one of the things I love most about living here. I’ve been in the flat for just over two years and have always felt safe and comfortable in the neighbourhood.

I’m 32 and work in the live music industry. I’ve been living in the flat for just over two years, and as my current flatmate is moving out, I’m looking for someone to share the space with.

I split my time between working from home and going into the office. Due to the nature of my job, I sometimes get home quite late, so I thought it was worth mentioning! I'm clean and tidy and would like my future flatmate to be so as well.

Outside of work, I enjoy going for walks along the river with a coffee, hitting the gym, and going to live shows (which is also part of my job!). I also enjoy going out for dinner from time to time, but I value having my own space and privacy, too. I’d love to live with someone who feels the same way and is happy to share a friendly, relaxed home.
