En-Suite Room in Beautiful Hammersmith House

We’re looking for someone to take over my room in a beautiful Victorian-style terraced house in Hammersmith, as I’m moving out in early December.

The room has its own en-suite bathroom and is on the second floor of a three-storey house. Although it’s the smallest of the three bedrooms, there’s additional storage space elsewhere in the house, including a wardrobe and drawers.

The house has a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space, three bathrooms and a lovely private garden. There’s also a dishwasher and washing machine, and the property is in council tax band F.

The location is perfect: just a 5-minute walk from Barons Court tube station and around 10 minutes from Hammersmith station. The river is also only a 5-minute walk away, with plenty of lovely cafés, pubs and restaurants along the waterfront. There are lots of local shops nearby too, including a Co-op just 2 minutes down the road.

A bit about us:

You’ll be living with Alex and Frances, a 27-year-old and a 30-year-old who are friendly, tidy and sociable professionals. We’re looking for someone like-minded who’ll enjoy being part of a relaxed, friendly household. The new tenant will need to be approved by the agent/landlord.
