I live in the apartment and am in my 40s, running a small software company. I work hybrid, from home a few days each week, and enjoy a quiet life – art, music, and exploring London.

The location is excellent, with Paddington, Queensway, and Bayswater stations all within a 5-minute walk. The flat is surrounded by beautiful Bayswater streets and is a short walk to Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, and Little Venice.

Nearby are Westbourne Grove, Queensway, Portobello Road, and Notting Hill, offering great cafés, shops, and local amenities.

Open to longer-term stays beyond the initially listed period.
