Great location right in front of Bayswater station with many shops, cafes and restaurants on the street. Hyde Park/Kensington Garden and Queensway station are a few minutes walk away. Great tube connections; access to district, circle and central lines, and one stop away from Elizabeth and bakerloo lines (Paddington station).

Looking for a new long-term flatmate to join the lease renewal on 24 July to replace my current one as she’s planning to move out - so will require reference checks and lease signing. She’s flexible with move in date.

I am a working professional who has an active busy life, so ideally want someone who would treat our flat as a safe peaceful place for downtime and relaxation. I am easy-going, friendly and respectful. Happy to chit chat and keeping the communal space tidy.
