This is an absolutely spectacular property in Bayswater. It’s a prime location with lots of coffee shops, restaurants and shops nearby.

This is a 2 bed, 2 bath flat with a spacious living room and a kitchen. The flat is furnished.

The room is furnished with a bed and 2 wardrobes. You will have your own separate bathroom.

The bills come up to around £150-£170 per month per person depending on the season for electricity, gas, council tax and wifi. The water bill is included which is a great plus.

Paddington station: 10 minutes walk
Royal Oak station: 8 minutes walk
Queensway station: 12 minutes walk
Bus stop: right outside the building

Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and M&S are within 5-8 minutes walking distance. Many gyms and workout facilities nearby including 1 Rebel and Third space.

The area is very lively. Kensington Gardens is 12 minutes walk away, so you could just step out and go for a quick walk in evening or a picnic over the weekend. Notting Hill and Portobello Road is about 20 minutes walk away where you can find a lot more restaurants and shops.

If you are an easy going and tidy person, we will get along. I work from home three days a week. I tend to have my own plans for the weekend but I also like to stay in some weekends.

The place is more suitable for someone who is working professionally in a hybrid arrangement.
