Short term only in Japanese luxury home

We’re looking for two female to take one or two double rooms in a house currently shared by a friendly Japanese female tenant base.

The rooms arc available from 1st and 16th March respectively short term until 2nd April ( £50 per day ). Min 3 days.

Both rooms are simple and a little bit tired, but decent size and due decoration early spring.

The main house itself is finished to a luxury standard, just a little lived-in in places. The atmosphere is relaxed, calm and easy to settle into. Bathroom is due update in early March ( two days work ) but still usable with other general house updates on the way.

There’s a large TV with access to a full Netflix film library, and we occasionally do Japanese food evenings. The house is designed to feel comfortable, quiet and stylish without being uptight.

As we have two people leaving soon, tenant ages are estimated, but typically between mid 20’s to early 30’s. Landlords older but partly in different part of house most of the time and busy.

Location is great:
• A few minutes from Blackheath Village
• Bus links that take you directly to Canary Wharf
• Around a 7-minute walk to the station
• A large Sainsbury’s literally around the corner
• Loads of cafés and restaurants in Blackheath
• Greenwich Park is about a 25-minute walk
