Description
We’re looking for a female to take one double rooms in a house currently shared by a friendly Japanese female tenant base.
The rooms arc available from early September
Rooms are simple and a little bit tired, but decent size and due decoration early spring 2027.
The main house itself is finished to a luxury standard, just a little lived-in in places. The atmosphere is relaxed, calm and easy to settle into.
There’s a large TV with access to a full Netflix film library, and we occasionally do Japanese food evenings. The house is designed to feel comfortable, quiet and stylish without being uptight.
As we have one tenant leaving soon and current ages are estimated, but typically between mid 20’s to early thirties. Landlords older but partly in different part of house most of the time and busy.
Location is great:
• A few minutes from Blackheath Village
• Bus links that take you directly to Canary Wharf
• Around a 7-minute walk to the station
• A large Sainsbury’s literally around the corner
• Loads of cafés and restaurants in Blackheath
• Greenwich Park is about a 25-minute walk
