It has two lounge/living areas - one which has a roof terrace on the second floor and lots of room to wfh. Open plan kitchen/lounge/dinning room which is very spacious. Modern kitchen with all the appliances including double oven, microwave, induction hobs etc. The flat has a separate laundry room off the main corridor which has washer dryer and drying rack.
Spacious bedroom includes private bathroom which is just opposite on the main corridor (so works as an en suite).
Current housemates are Jess H 29 & Jess B 30, both working professionals. They are very chilled, enjoy gyming (Fitness First is just around the corner, The Gym also very close), chatting, going for drinks but also keen for chilled evenings, having dinner together or watching trashy tv or a film. They are looking for someone similar, easy going and chatty.
To Note: The price includes all normal bills (gas, electricity, heating, council tax) and internet. We usually get a cleaner as we like a clean, tidy house (£12 monthly not incl.). There are bike racks at the front of the house for personal use, roof terrace with BBQ for the summer weather, and a dart board in the upstairs living room. All the beds are Ottoman which means extra storage underneath and there is also extra storage in the upstairs room cupboards. The upstairs room is also a nice place if you want to have an evening to yourself, and a desk for working from home.
