We’ve got a room becoming available in our lovely 4-bed, 3-bathroom flat in Brixton, as our current housemate Matt is moving out.

We’re a relaxed, friendly household and all get on really well. We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of the house rather than just rent a room — someone friendly, fun and chilled, who’s happy to hang out and socialise when we’re around, but equally has their own life and enjoys their independence.

We’re all pretty active and tend to be out and about a lot, so the house has a nice balance between being sociable and having your own space. Ideally, we’d love someone with a similar vibe who’ll feel like another friend in the house.

📍 Location
Around a 7–10 minute walk from Brixton Underground and National Rail, and roughly 7–10 minutes from Loughborough Junction, with Thameslink trains getting you into the City in around 10 minutes. It’s in a friendly neighbourhood with everything Brixton has to offer close by.
