Double - Gay Flat - Brixton Clapham

Hello we are subletting a double in our lovely Brixton gay flat. Looking for a gay flatmate to join us.

Located next to Brixton Station (5 min walk, Victoria Line) and Loughborough Junction (10 min walk, Thameslink), flat is super convenient if you work in Soho, Victoria, Vauxhall, E&C, Farringdon, Kings Cross etc. Also a 25 min walk to Clapham Common.

The room is a £650 sizable double, fully furnished (plus a wardrobe and a cloth hanging rack). Plenty of natural sunlight. Note: it's insanely cheap because there is no living room. There is an attic space where I setup up my fashion studio office, so limited shared space and I am covering most of the rent.

Flat is a 3 bed, 2 bath (2 showers), and an attic room converted to a fashion studio (but with table for dinning). We have a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Utility is about £80 per person per month.

Move in date March 1 but flexible March to April. It's a sublet. Our current lease ends in summer but we both plan to stay and renew. LGBTQ+ friendly, and we prefer to have another gay flatmate to join us

About us:
Gareth is a London based architect and fashion designer, working in Clerkenwell. He works from home 2 times a week. He is sociable, loves Eurovision and karaoke.

Niall is an Irish paramedic working for NHS. He likes cooking. We often go out walking around the parks (many big parks around), running with some Clapham running clubs, or enjoying the outdoors every week. We go out sometimes for drinks and movies as the night life is pretty vibrant in Brixton.
