Hello we are subletting a double in our lovely Brixton gay flat. Looking for a new gay flatmate to join us. Located next to Brixton Station (6 min walk, Victoria Line) and Loughborough Junction (10 min walk, Thameslink), flat is super convenient if you work in Soho, Victoria, Vauxhall, E&C, Farringdon, Kings Cross etc. Also a 25 min walk to Clapham Common.
The room is a £600 sizable double, fully furnished. Note: it's super cheap because I setup my fashion studio in the living room, so limited shared space but I am covering most of the rent. Plenty of natural sunlight.
Flat is a 3 bed, 2 bath (with 2 showers), and an attic living room converted to a fashion studio (but with table for dinning). LGBTQ+ friendly. We have a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Utility is about £80 per person per month.
Move in date Oct 1. It's a 9 months sublet until July next year
About us:
Gareth I am a London based architect and fashion designer, working in Clerkenwell. I work from home 2 times a week. Feel free to use the office space and my monitors when I am not home. I am sociable, big Eurovision and karaoke fan.
Niall is an Irish paramedic working for NHS. He likes cooking. We often go out walking around the parks (many big parks around), running with some Clapham running clubs, or enjoying the outdoors every week with our other flatmate (who is leaving us to study abroad sadly). We go out sometimes for drinks and movies as the night life is pretty vibrant in Brixton.
Viewings will be weekend of Aug 29-31 & Sep 5-7. And decision will be made the following week
